Green light for St Mods Tamworth scheme
Regeneration giant St Modwen has been granted outline planning permission for an 800,000 sq ft development in Tamworth.The site lies to the east of junction 10 of the M42 and has the capacity for a 650,000 sq ft industrial unit with associated infrastructure.As part of the scheme, St Modwen will create new access off Trinity Road to service the site.St Modwen signed a development agreement on a 55-acre site stradding junction 10 of the M42 in 2013. It is adjacent to Centurion Park.
